Custom & Import Tax
At GxwfeFilter, we understand that international shipping can involve additional costs such as customs duties and taxes. Here’s what you need to know about international shipments:
Customs Duties and Taxes
-
Recipient Responsibility: As the recipient, you are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in your purchase price and must be paid directly to your country’s customs authority when your package arrives.
-
Import Duty: The amount of import duty you need to pay depends on your country’s tariff regulations and can vary accordingly.
Shipping Method
-
USPS First Class: We ship international orders via USPS First Class. Customs charges will differ based on your country’s policies.
Package Declaration
-
Declared Value: To help minimize potential duties, we typically declare package values between $20 USD and $150 USD and label them as gifts. However, the final tax amount is determined by your local customs office.
-
Custom Requests: If you have specific requirements regarding the declared value of your package, please email us at service@gxwfefilter.com. We can adjust the invoice value based on your instructions. If no request is made, we will declare a value within the $20 USD to $150 USD range, depending on the package’s size and weight.
Customs Clearance Assistance
-
Support: Should your order experience customs clearance issues, we will cover any related fees and provide you with the necessary shipping invoice for customs processing.
-
Coordination: We will also coordinate with USPS to help resolve any complications and ensure a smooth delivery process.
We strive to make international shipping as straightforward as possible while ensuring compliance with your country’s regulations. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
